We are available for emergency services after normal business hours. Please call our office and the answering machine will give you further instructions. Due to the demands of our schedule, we can only offer after hour emergency services to our existing patients.
We appreciate a high level of respect for our scheduled appointments. Being on-time and prepared for your appointments will greatly help with our daily workflow, as well as, allowing us to spend the necessary time to provide optimal care for each patient. Likewise, we will do our best to keep you informed of changes in our schedule and let you know if your scheduled appointment time has changed. Your first visit with us would usually begin with listening to your dental concerns and goals, followed by an exam and overview of your current dental health. We will then gather the necessary information to make an accurate diagnosis, using photos or x-rays. We will review the findings with you and allow you to develop the treatment plan based on a combination of our recommendations and your goals and desires. Our assistants will further review the treatment plan to enhance or restore you smile, as well as, inform you of your financial responsibilities.
If this is for your initial exam visit, and you have not specifically requested one of the doctors, you will be scheduled with the first available appointment with either doctor. We will do our best to treat our established patients first for emergencies. For an emergency exam you may be treated by any available dentist depending on the schedule. You may request a specific hygienist for your recare appointments, with proper advance notice. If for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call our office as soon as possible.
Insurance and Billing
